Tis the season for giving

It is that time of year again. The Matteson Public Library is hosting its annual Food and Clothing Drives  Dec 1st 2024-Jan 10, 2025.          Help spread warmth this winter. We are collecting new winter hats, socks, scarves, mittens, gloves, and coats for men, women, and children. Also consider donating non perishable, non expired canned and dry food items to benefit the Rich Township clothing bank and food pantry, and the library’s free food pantry onsite.

We are also partnering again with the Matteson Rotary Club and are having our annual toy drive, Dec 1st – Dec 14th, 2024.We are seeking new, unwrapped toys for children 0-12 and for teens 13-18 to share some holiday cheer. Please bring your toy or gift card donation to the library by December 14th for timely distribution.
